What we use and why

We use contact details and information you share to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver services, taking steps towards or performing a contract. We also keep legally required records.

For relevant business introductions, we may use public business contacts and website information, identifying the source when we contact you. We rely on assessed legitimate interests where appropriate and obtain consent where required. Reply “no thanks” to stop marketing.

This website

SBG adds no advertising, visitor analytics or tracking cookies. Our host may process technical access information to deliver and protect the site. Email links open your email app. Fictional demo forms do not send or save entries.

Sharing and retention

We use email, hosting and storage providers to operate SBG. When client payments are enabled, Stripe processes payments and billing details; SBG does not receive full card details. We do not sell information or make automated decisions about you. International transfers require applicable protections; contact us for provider and safeguard details.

We review inactive prospects after 90 days and remove unnecessary personal details by six months. Minimal opt-out records prevent recontact. Client/payment records remain as needed for services, legal obligations or claims.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and portability where applicable. You can object to marketing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful use. Email Gordon to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
